About Zoolutions

After a scoring my first job as a software developer in Australia, I was disappointed to move back in with my parents in Sweden. Australia did not allow me a proper working visa.

With minimal professional experience, I was not able to find a job in Sweden. I decided to start my own business. I had nothing to lose and everything to gain. I had no idea what I was doing, but I was determined to make it work.

In Sweden, you have to chose a company name and knowing full well that I would be working with software, I wanted to have "solutions" in the name. I also wanted to have a name that was unique and that I could get a domain for. I decided to name the company Zoolutions.

It's a play on the word "solutions," that I was a code-monkey (give him a banana 🍌). It is also a play on the fact that the "zoo" has many animals. Like me having many interests and hobbies that I could turn profitable.

I thought it was funny and it was unique. I was able to get the domain zoolutions.se. I was happy with the name and I was happy with the domain.

I was ready to start my business.

My business have since been reformed four times in various countries and forms. I have learned a lot and I have grown a lot. I am still learning and I am still growing. I am still Zoolutions, though now as an LLC.
